One platform, eight editions
One engine. Eight editions.
An edition is the same platform speaking the language of one industry. It keeps that industry's records, groups them, runs a plan against them, grants a reward and counts progress towards a condition, and it connects to the systems that industry already runs.
Choose one
Each edition, and what it promises.
Same engine, different words
The five words that change.
The engine stores a contact, puts contacts in groups, runs a plan against them, grants a reward and records a milestone. An edition renames those five things and changes nothing underneath, which is why a second edition is a translation and not a second product.
| The edition | A contact | A group | A plan | A reward | A milestone |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| iGaming | A player | A segment | A journey | A bonus | A level |
| Retail | A member | A shopper segment | A campaign | Store credit | A tier |
| Trading | A client | A book | A retention programme | An account credit | A status band |
| Learning | A learner | A cohort | A course | A certificate | A module passed |
| Membership | A member | A class | A challenge | A free session | A streak |
| Healthcare | A patient | A recall list | A recall programme | A plan benefit | A visit completed |
| Real estate | A contact | A register | A nurture programme | A free valuation | A key date |
| Professional services | A client | A portfolio | An engagement plan | An introduction | A deadline met |
Every row above is the same five database records with a different label on the screen. That is the whole of what an edition is, and it is why the price is the same in every one of them. The pricing page carries one ladder for all eight.
Read this before the eight pages
What an edition is, and what it is not.
An edition is not a separate product. It is one platform, wearing the vocabulary of one industry and connected to the systems that industry runs. The platform underneath keeps customer records, puts them in groups, runs a plan against them, grants a reward, counts progress towards a condition and tells another system what happened.
That is why the eight pages read the way they do. Each one describes the same six things in its own industry's words, and the differences between them are real: a retail tier falls when a window closes, a broker refuses a reward a market does not allow, a practice holds a date and never a diagnosis. Those are engine settings and connections, not separate products.
The work that is specific to you is the connection to the system you already run, which is the first thing we build in every edition. Tell us which system that is and we will tell you what the link involves.
Start with the edition that speaks your language.
Thirty minutes, on your own numbers. Tell us how your programme works today and which system holds your customers, and we will show you the product doing it.
